Former Bikini model Irina Krupnik wasn’t happy with her unexpected appearence in the picture show "Couples Retreat," but a jurist ruled Fri that film producer weren’t legally exposed. The Irina Krupnik sued the film’s distributor, NBC Universal, in March, claiming it "published [her] alikeness in a vulgar context." But Manhattan Supreme Court Judge O St. Peter the Apostle Robert Emmet Sherwood ruled that Krupnik signed away her right to the pic at the time of the shoot and knew full well that it could be resold for commercial message purposes. "Ms. Krupnik and I are disappointed with the decision," her lawyer, Tom Mullaney, said yesterday "The pic is held up by Jon Favreau’s character and is used as an aid in masturbation Ms. Krupnik did not mark up for that."
